hello i was thinking yeah , and this was put in my blog drafts after the Japan tsunami ...
my friend made a status saying
' this is why i dont believe in god , if everything has a reason... whats the reason for all these world disasters happening ? '
and i believe in god but i can see where she is coming from..
so many bad things happen tsumanies . world wars . third world countries and their struggle with aids etc.this world is actually so hard for some people .. and i'm always saying this but we as teenagers have it EASY. yeah we might have a few friendship arguments and relationship problems , grades might slip a bit but we have it easyyyyy , our lives ARE NOT in jeopardy .
i was reading a Tupac book that i borrowed and one quote was ' currency destroys us , and divides society .. theres shouldn't be currency , people should be be payed and judged on how much of a good person they are and all the bad people should be poor tamps as they don't deserve happiness. .
IMAGINE if that was true :)
my family would be billionaires :) .
anyway answer to my title .. everyone is like oo its a test , god is testing us . and okay test us once but repeatedly test us , WHY ? life is not fucking GCSE'S once is enough if we learn our lesson . O. maybe thats why , maybe as people god sees that we haven't learnt our lesson E.G after the tsunami a Japanese thanking the devil that they're still alive. HMM but isn't that unfair to punish us all for a few. but hey ho, life isn't fair.

but it does matter if your black or white..
BEFORE I START. i hate British weather.
anyway this blog is about race and a few things that are annoying me about race.
well firstly can i just say.. not everything is down to what race you are , thats like saying all fatpeople smell . NO. how long is it going to take for people to realize that everyone is different inside and out.also just because two people look similar on the outside doesn't mean they are going to be the same on the inside. that is as dumb as expecting identical twins to have the same personality... or that all black like chicken.. NO . i know many ( okay i exaggerated , one ) vegetarian who is black.. so erm point denied.
another thing that is annoying is i am called an oreo because i act ' white ' . erm quick question..
HOW THE HELL CAN YOU ACT A COLOUR ?
yes you can act the stereotype of that race , e.g acting ghetto like the majority of black people, but is that acting black ? NO.. because not ALL blacks act like that. the funny thing is, people say they dont want to be stereotyped but yet they're the ones promoting them by using terms like ' acting white' .
so when i talk ghetto and elongate words thats apparently actying black yeah? but if i have a smart moment , or talk proper standard english , or have money im accused of acting white. LOL then you say people are racist to blacks , well look at how you see yourself. black is acquainted with failure and bad things , but we're not even trying to change that.
erms black= failure LOL.. slavery was abolished years ago and we survived that.

another thing i HATE is stereotypes. but what really GRINDSS MY GEARSSS is people who dont like the stereotype but then act like the stereotype. e.g black girls .
black girls stereotypes is usually attitude problems , loud , always in arguments , not smart , have babies young then leave the baby's dad or are left. i hate it . and i dont care id rather be stereotyped as acting white then stereotyped a black girl . dont get confused , i love that im black but the stereotypes? NO .
i hate how some people ACT A certain way purely because everyone thinks they do . so why not. heres an example i know some girl who was called a headmouth.. she didnt do it but because everyone was adamant that she did , she decided to just be a headmouth.
you dont have to love chicken if your black , you dont have to pretend to like cricket if your indian.. etc YOU DONT HAVE TO DO THAT ...
colour doesn't determine what sort of person you are in any way whatsoever so just be YOU . there is NO ONE else on this earth who is exactly like you,maybe similar but not another - input your name- so embrace it.

my definition of a friend
wow this title brings backs memories , i remember when i was having arguement after arguement , and my true friends were turning fake by the day . so one day my mum sat me down and she was like deanne , what is a friend to you ? and i told her and she was like okay. then she was like , now write it so you can remind yourself what a friend is to you and you can see if your friends resemble what you want .
well i obviously lost that list ... and now im here to do it again, so it can be a constant reminder to me and YOU . ive had many arguments with friends so now im in the process of re -evaluating my life. hopefully after this, i will make friends with people i should , and cut out the unnecessary ones.
MY DEFINITION OF A FRIEND.
( okay i was gonna be cheesy and get the dictionary definition then compare it to mine but fuck that . the dictionary doesnt have any experience with friends so here goes.. )
a friend is someone you can be completely yourself with ,e.g you can do the carlton dance and they wont judge you , they wont look at you weird , they'll just be like YEAHH THATS MY FRIEND . YEAH SHES/HES DOIGN THE CARLTON DANCE.. GOTTA PROBLEM BEEETCHES ?

a friend is someone who is not ALWAYS on your side .. they wont be up your ass , they will tell you when your in the wrong and they will give you constrictive criticism to make you a better person.
no one needs someone who is up their ass and agrees with everything they say , thats the difference between acquaintance and friend.
a friend is someone who can listen to your problems and is comfortable in telling you theirs .
if your always listening to theyre problems but they never want to hear yours . thats NOT a friend. and if your always telling your problems and never hear theirs, sorry to break it to you but your a shit friend.
now if they dont have problems .. they dont have problems ( i sound like the iphone advert ) abut when they do .. BE THERE FOR THEM. LISTEN and GIVE ADVICE.
a friend is someone who will NEVER judge you .. as they have already accepted you as a person , they may not be pleased by some of your decisions , but they will acknowledge your human and that everyone makes mistakes. Then they will help you out of the bad decisions you made.
a friend is someone who will be able to congratulate you when you do something positive with your life .
i know so many ' friends ' who would love to see me fail my gcse's just so their scores can look good . FUCK THAT SHIT.
a friend is someone who is totally honest with you and someone you can trust.. to be honest if there is no trust , there is no relationship. if they lie to you .. theyre not a friend. a friend wont lie too make you feel better .. they will be honest and then comfort you when the truth hits you.
a friend is someone who can maintain your friendship no matter what.. LOL i used to have a friend who would forget about all her old friends whenever any one new came into their life . a friend values your friendship and will not stop talking to you randomly and will always find a way too make time for you , even when they have no time.
a friend is someone who gives you advice .. now there is a difference between telling someone what to do and advising someone and suggestion different options of what they could do to help themselves. a friend will advise you and talk to you about your problems, and help you no matter what choice you make, when deciding how to deal with your problem.
a friend is someone who wants to make you into the best person you can be .. now im not saying your friend will want to change you , because one thing ive learnt is you can never change someone, especially if they are not ready to change themselves. anyway as a friend you will let them know their strengths as a person and help them work on their weaknesses. e.g today a friend said that i was dealing with the problem right and they can see where im coming from but that im being a bit stubborn so i should try and work on that ( rochane - i love her ) . and thats what a friend would do.. by her telling me that , ill try not to be stubborn and know i could use that skill throughout MY WHOLE LIFE.

i think that is all to being a friend , no one is perfect so you cant be a perfect friend , but at least you can try.
and people.. if you ever feel like someone isnt being a good friend to you ..read this. &see if they do all these things ...
